+: The hotel has all the comforts. The food was most delicious, such abundance and variety. There are options to practice sports (tennis court, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, and others. One can also get a very good massage for a good price.
-: I did not quite like the beach. It is small, pebbly, the water wasn't very clean.

-: The pool closed to early. It would have been better stay if the pool had stayed open until 8pm.

+: Great hotel with great staff. They are very helpful and all very nice. We had specifically mentioned that we needed a bedroom with 2 beds and the team has been very helpful and offered a great alternative. They have upgraded our room and gave us a suite as there was no double bedroom available. They also helped us with our other rooms as much as they could.The main restaurant is really great, with a vast diversity and great quality food. This was our second visit to the hotel in 2 years and it is still very good. Swimming pool area also great and they even organised a parcour game in the swimming pool, every body like it!
-: Not much to put in this category. They can maybe improve the training of their staff about serving people who have allergies to nuts and other food restrictions. We have one family member very allergic to all nuts and in Turkey, there is sesame and pistachio in most dessert so it was quite challenging. Some member of the staff where not really concernedrealising the danger that it represents.

-: Felt chaotic, rooms were never cleaned properly - floors were filthy and sheets not changed for our whole stay, guest relationsreception didn’t give sufficient information on how things work which wasn’t helpful with it being our first time

+: Excellent resort, we stayed 4 days as part of a tour of Turkey, and had a great time.
-: The family rooms have no view; we looked at a wall. The use of the tennis was rather expensive.
