They made our stay 100 times better and nicer, because both of them are such lovely, positive and happy persons. The room was nice and had everything we needed during our stay. +: Beliggende var rigtig godt og personaler var meget flinke og hjælpsomme
-: Rengøring af værelset. Vi bad om rengøring to gange hvor sengetøj eller håndklæder ikke blev skiftet. Samt var der støv over det hele og fluer på wc’et . Madet var OK meget af det samme til frokost og aftensmad

+: Excelente localização, funcionários prestáveis e muito simpáticos. Piscinas muito cuidadas.Percebem-se um constante esforço por parte do staff do hotel para que tudo funcione bem. Espero que corra tudo bem no futuro.
-: Sem internet nos quartos; 3 dias sem limpeza do quarto; enquanto fazemos a refeição, funcionários sopram as folhas do chão com soprador de folhas e depois vêm com uma mangueira e lavam-nos os pés também; praia inexistente: a minúscula extensão de areia, cheia de lixo e muito barulho, não é acessível porque está concessionada pelos hotéis a beira mar; Comida saborosa, no entanto sem refrigeração enquanto está exposta no buffet (por vezes estava azeda); Muitas moscas sobre a comida; não há guardanapos no buffet; falta constantemente chávenas no pequeno-almoço; água do duche inunda a casa de banho; mobiliário do quarto precisa de manutenção; lâmpadas fundidas no quarto;

-: Not much not to like apart from sun loungers near one pool not that comfortable too low down , and the food was great but need covers on all the food especially in the heat , and to sort the uneven floor in dinning area ,
