+: Not too large and overwhelming like stome of the much larger all inclusives. Food offering was good in respect of number of meal offerings per sitting and it all tasted great. Rooms were comfortable if not a little tired looking like other parts of the hotel. Hotel is a fair walk into town (35-40 mins) which in the height of summer, is not really viable or safe in the heat to walk to. Hotel entertainment for the children. Lots of French tourist staying here which wasn't necessarily an issue but don't always mix.

-: Air conditioning could have been more effective in bedroom. A fair distance to walk into town in blistering heat - not an issure for those that don't want to leave the hotel. Inclusive alcoholic drinks offering was poor. I was served what I can only describe as either a rancid very offbad glass of red wine or that it was actually red wine vinegar. It was undrinkable. I then ordered gin and tonic and that tasted like water diluted with more water. Ended up buying decent drink in local shop instead I would have preferred not to have had alcoholic drinks included in the stay but instead pay for proper quality drinks separately so at least I could enjoy proper drinks at the hotel.

+: We liked all the meals very much. The employees help us with everything and are friendly. If you stay here, you can easily reach most places you want to visit.

+: Staff is hardworking. Meals are limited but delicious. Value for money.

-: Rooms are terribly dirty. If you stay out of room all good. Inside the rooms are different world. Poor condition and dirty and stinks. Meals are almost same thing every day but delicious. No well sand on beach.

-: Hotel is old. I don't mean ancient but it is old. Climatic system ib each room is realy from 90s. It was droping on the floor and had been fixed after asking support from reseption.Only five years ago maximum rating for such an hotel could be 3 *, but after pandemic hard to believe vut this is called 4*.Food... I tried twice breakfast and only once a lunch. Lunch was ...it was sad. First time ever in Turkey I tried something which was named "a meat" but I sware that this something was "like a meat" but not a meat. That was last time for lunch. And I decided not to try with dinner.Beach. Beach is very close. Sand floor and sand is ...not clean. Around 40 chaise longues (sunbeds). There is well organised pier which belongs to hotel with 10 fixed to floors sunbeds and tarpaulin umbrella. Sunbeds on pier are old and damaged as well.A little and cozy beach bar. Very clean but very simple. WiFi. In my room it was OK but my friends had to go to pool', resto' or lobby' area to connect to internet.There was not even a single cup to drink a water in the rooms. I don't even talk about teapot. As it was said the only one but very important good thing in this hotel was their stuff: very helpful and customer oriented. All of them.
