+: Nothing, staff was crazy rude, we couldn’t talk with manager like 4 days .

-: When we originally booked the hotel we saw how beautiful the photos were and thought we would get a view of the skyline as the photos advertised that. So we decided to book to celebrate our engagement. We got a room with no view of the skyline just facing another building and trees, tv didn’t work, and bar sink wasn’t working. The view was extremely disappointing as we opened the curtain where the tub is and right next to us we can see people walking by our room and they could see us - it ruined that experience. We asked them twice to see the manager and they said the manager wasn’t there and he would call us. We checked out at 10:30am and it was 6pm same day and still no call so we called back and they said the manager isn’t there still and would give us a call. It is 10pm now and still no call… we feel like they are ignoring us on purposes. We weren’t given the room that was advertised. We asked the staff how they picked our room and they said a couple days ago which is extremely frustrating as we booked this hotel months ago and said this was a special occasion for us. Also, I asked the hotel staff to speak English please as they did that with other guests and as my girlfriend is American so she can understand stuff better and they continued to speak in Turkish and I had to translate everything which was frustrating. We paid $700 for 3 days and the experience was definitely not worth it and disappointing.

+: Piękny basen z widokiem , ładne przestronne pokoje.

-: Obsługa , jedzenie.

+: The staff were super friendly and it was really clean. The hotel is not too big and is the right distance from the town to enjoy the views.

-: Almost everything was great. The only thing would be not to start playing the music at the pool so early in the morning.

-: De kamers komen absoluut niet overeen met de foto’s. Het zijn hele oude kamers die beschimmelt zijn, en de kranen lekken. Het werd een zwembad onder de wasbak. De wc’s spoelen niet fatsoenlijk door.personeel is erg gericht op engelse gasten. Wij als turkse gasten Kregen geen aandacht. Ober liep weg terwijl ik een bestelling plaatste, omdat een engelse gast om hulp riep.. half uur gewacht op een asbak die we uiteindelijk zelf moesten gaan halen. Wij waren blij dat we er maar 2 nachten waren. Langer was niet vol te houden. Géén aanrader dit hotel.

+: belle vue, piscines superbes, plage magnifique

-: accès a la plage tres compliqué l'été (30 mn de voiture pour 4 km) mauvaise surprise a l'arrivée car probable sur booking de l'hôtel (date de réservation différente de celle sur booking ... donc replacé dans l'hôtel a coté , avec chambre plus grande mais de moindre qualité) Comportement a éviter pour la suite ...
