-: The staff were rude, the pools were dirty and our children got sick. Most the families with children staying at the hotel also got sick. There was vomit everywhere, in the lifts and toilets and no1 had cleaned it up.

+: I liked the fact I only booked for 9 nights... thank God it wasn't more! The food was average, but the most fun was the rugby match that was had by all who tried to use the buffet in the evening. Best go down in full padding as it can get quite physical at times. I like the fact you got to clean your own room on a daily basis, very good for physical exercise :).
-: Quite possibly the worse holiday I have been on in c.40 years. Every evening we would play a game of guessing which children would projectile vomit at dinner, due to the hotels reduction in chlorine (non-existence) in order to reduce their spend and achieve sustainability (see photo). The rooms were old, broken and dirty. The staff, many of which were new, were not aware of their roles and often made promises and mistakes after being told it wasn't their area. The pool areas are dangerous and not well maintained. The cot beds were stained with faeces and I'm surprised more guests haven't lost their lives whilst staying at this truly awful hotel and complex. All toilets were out of soap, which further aided the development of several noroviruses whilst we stayed. Lifts cracked and faecal stains on walls of bathrooms and cot beds.

+: Bonjour nous avons particulièrement apprécié la nourriture diversité et les snacks. Les sushis sont délicieux mais attention il nous avait été dit 1618h après 17h20 ils ne servent plus.Nous sommes restés 10 jours nous n’avons pas ressenti de lassitude concernant les repas qui sont très variés. Nous avons apprécié la soirée Michaël Jackson un grand bravo à la troupe de danseurs c’était magnifique .Les toboggans que les enfants apprécient.
-: Les boissons en all inclusive n’étaient par contre imbuvables sodas trop sucrées, cocktails également café âcres). Il fait extrêmement chaud à Antalya nous sommes tombés malades à tour de rôle je pense qu’il faut vraiment éviter les glaçons (vomissements, sels très liquides). Les piscines sont grandes voire même énormes par contre pas très bien nettoyées on peut y retrouver des cheveux entre les doigts en faisant quelques brasses.Le personnel peut être adorable comme les femmes en charge du nettoyage des chambres et les serveurs (quelques serveurs autours des piscines en rollers choisissent les personnes qu’ils souhaitent servir si nous parlons le turc nous sommes volontairement ignoré. Les animations de journée sont limitées, ennuyeuses et répétitives. Les animateurs parlent beaucoup avant de lancer l’animation on perd très vite patience avec cette chaleur écrasante (par exemple nous avons participé à un concours de fléchettes il fallait se présenter et dire bonjour si nous étions timides nous sommes forcé de répondre sinon on ne passe pas au jeu en lui même nous avons mis 1h30 j’ai regretté du début à la fin perte de temps. Les soirées à l’hôtel ne sont vraiment pas attrayantes les DJ’s nous mettent les mêmes sons, aucune variété de la techno des années 2000 Beni Benassi 50´cent tous les soirs j’en pouvais plus sur 10 jours c’est très agaçant et long. Heureusement nous avions loué une voiture pour passer nos soirées ailleurs.Cet hôtel est bien mais je dirais qu’au prix que nous payons il devrait y avoir un peu plus d’entrain en ce qui concerne les animations de journée (oney adulte) ainsi que les soirées au bars devraient être plus festifs amusantes. Ma fille de 11 ans voulait participer à un karaoké elle n’a pas pu car trop petite selon les animateurs.Nous avions l’impression d’être dans un hôtel pour seniors.
