Hotel Sherwood Club Kemer 5*

+: The green territory and location by the sea, kids club is fantastic, splash park and main pools, coffee and ice-cream places, food is ok and edible, the entry into sea is not too rocky (small pebbles)

-: The staff in restaurants 9 times out of 10 will bring you the drink you didn't order, the glass filled with alcohol was left by previous guests and stood by our patio for 9 days even after I mentioned it at reception, other ttle things that shouldn't happen in a 5 star hotel, the lack of big comfy sitting places like outfoor sofas etc to spend the hours after dark..the mysterious "your room is not available" after your flight times changed and you arrived 12 hours later, but paid for the room a few days before and informed the hotel of flight changes. A la carte is really a bog standard food.

-: The checkin process take too long and with the presence of a special need guest they initially gave us a room in the 3rd floor for a guest on a wheelchair with no elevator after fearther waiting to give a room as been requested before arrival the deny the availability when talking to the Management not the receptionists immediately we were provided a room on the ground floor but at 1st night it was not clean

+: موقعه وسط الطبيعه من الخلف جبل ووسط الاشجار ومن الامام بحر وايضا تعامل العاملين ممتاز يوجد استثناءات لكن بشكل عام ممتازين جدا بشوشين ومرحبين الاكل كان جيد بالنسبه للبوفيه اعطيه 7من 10 والمطعم الموجود بجانب الألعاب المائية كان روعه وايضا صانعة الفطائر كانت ممتازه وفطائرها لذيذه جدا لكن الحلى كان سيئ للغايه يوجد محل للوافل كان الوافل سيء وايضا الحلى المقدم مع البوفيه ماكان حلو ابدا واقيمه 2من 10 المسابح كثيرة ورائعه ونظيفه و الانشطه المقدمه للاطفال ممتازه والعروض المسائية رائعه بشكل عام استمتعنا بالاقامة شكرا شيرود

-: Неякісно та рідко прибирали, мурахи та таргани у помешканні. Не змогли відремонтувати сейф за 7 діб, незважаючи на наші звернення.
