-: Das Hotel war dreckig und die Zimmer nicht geräumig. Das Essen war unappetitlich angerichtet, schlechter als in jeder Jugendherberge. Das Personal war unfreundlich.

+: The property was in a good location and the morning balloon flights came right over the hotel. It was only about an hour from the Kayseri airport. The staff is very friendly and they try very hard to meet your needs.
-: The pool is extremely small, more like a dipping pool. The elevators are extremely slow, emphasis on extremely. Although the staff is very nice and trying very hard to please, their English is limited. Only a few were able to help with information.The air conditioning was dismal, and when we were there it was in the 90’s. The rooms weren’t very clean. For the extras like internet, coffees and lunches, you could only use cash, no credit cards or charging to your room.

+: The hotel is in a good location and the room was comfortable. The most positive aspect of the stay was the staff. They were all very supportive, friendly and helpful, and that really made my stay a very positive one.
-: I think this hotel mostly caters to big tour groups. They should have a better system for checking room amenities between guests, i.e. is the safe open, does the TV remote need batteries etc. These are minor issues and easily rectified, but checking properly saves time for the guest, so they don't have to ask.

+: Les chambres sont grandes. L’hôtel comprend une grande piscine extérieur et une pataugeoire extérieur.
-: Le connexion wifi est payante. Le petit déjeuner est très décevant, les tables sont sales, la table n’est pas dressé. Il y a du choix mais tout est industriel. Le personnel de l’hôtel n’est pas accueillant du tous. Le piscine intérieur et le spa sont en supplément. 10€ la piscine intérieur pour une personne et minimum 40€ pour la piscine intérieur est le spa (pour une personne pour une journée). La situation géographique de l’hôtel est quand bien éloigné du centre des activités de la cappadoce.
