+: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfreich hat und immer bersten wenn wir fragen hatten, die Aussicht war einfach perfekt. Hotel war sehr gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber sowas findet man selten in der Türkei auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

+: The staff who served breakfast and some of the reception staff were friendly. We also liked the large bed, the balcony and the size of the room

-: This is not a boutique hotel in its usual sense, in which it is cosy and comfortable, and the staff is well trained, always friendly, attentive and asks if everything is okay.Before checking in, I asked if I can pay in EUR with a bank card upon check-in. The answer was without a greeting and without a signature, and this immediately alerted me. However, the answer was given that payments in euros are accepted.Check-in was terrible. We were given a room on the third floor. It was different from the one we had booked. From the smell, the room was obviously smoked and there was a very unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom. The hotel had an electricity issue, so we agreed that we could make payment in the evening. When we went downstairs the electricity came on and we were offered to pay for the stay immediately. Of course payment in euros through their terminal didn't work, even didn't give a receipt. The man at reception didn't understand English properly and insisted there was a problem with my card. Suggested to him that he check his card, but he said he didn't have a euro card and started threatening that he would cancel our reservation. How could you say such a thing to guests? Frankly, it would have been better if he had done so. I ended up paying for the room in TRY, overpaying 45€ as a result of the conversion. This was the worst check-in experience I have ever had. The man was unfriendly and completely untrained in hotel service.In the evening, we couldn't fall asleep for a long time because of the terrible smell, we had a headache. The water running from the tap was yellow, the air conditioner was rattling and making noise all night. The bathroom smelled of sewage. There were no sockets near the bedside tables. My wife was crying. The only desire in the morning was to evacuate this hotel.Hopefully, the reception staff changed and the new ones were friendly.

+: Es ist ein sehr schönes zentrales Hotel ,Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich überhaupt Kellner und Rezeptionistin Frühstück ausreichend wir waren zufreiden

+: Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind gepflegt und geräumig, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Ein sehr schönes Hotel!
