-: The description of the hotel does not match the reality. Firstly, the hotel is not located where it is shown on booking.com. The actual location is 36.6690816, 29.1080313 (insert these coordinates into maps and you will see) Secondly, the hotel does not provide the promised services. For example, my booking included dinner, but when I arrived, the hotel manager said that the hotel only serves breakfast, not dinner. I asked if I could use breakfasts instead of dinners, but the manager said that breakfasts come at an additional cost. When I was leaving the hotel, another manager acknowledged the mistake and suggested that I contact the head manager for compensation. However, the head manager was busy with other guests and couldn’t talk to me about the issue, and I was running late for the airport and couldn’t wait. Additionally, I want to point out that the staff constantly tried to enter the room without knocking! They just unlocked the door with their key and entered without informing the guest.
