+: المكان قريب جدا من المواقع التراثيه وكذلك الشارع فيه الكثير من المقاهي والمطاعم والاسواق ، الاخوه مصطفى وعبدلله كانو رائعين جدا وقدمو المساعده والارشاد ، كان وقت طيب معهم

+: Idealna lokalizacja, 5-7 minut spacerem do najważniejszych atrakcji i zabytków Istambułu (Hagia Sophia i Błękitny Meczet, Pałac Topkapi, bazar, bazar przypraw, itp.) Blisko przystanek metra, restauracje. Stosunek ceny hotelu do jakości bardzo dobry, tego oczekiwałem i to otrzymałem. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa w recepcji, pokoje czyste, pościel, ręcznik bez zarzutu.
-: W samym hotelu wszystko OK, natomiast natarczywi sa sprzedawcy i naganiacze z okolicznych restauracji, barów i sklepów. Ale należy to zrozumieć i być cierpliwym, każdy chce mieć najwięcej gości i klientów u siebie.

+: Great Location, nice staff. Spacious room and balcony.
-: Not worth money. Bed sheets weren't clean, had hair and stains on it. The blanket on double bed wasnt big enough for 2 people. Felt uncomfortable sleeping. Pilllows and towels had stains. Bath was dirty, couldn't use it, had to use it as a shower. Floor was very dusty, caused sneezing. Balcony door, broken glass at the top. Water stopped working for 20 to 30 minutes. Tv didn't work. AC not strong, hardly felt it. Had to open balcony door for fresh air. One of the drawers had the previous peoples stuff like bottles and med packets so not cleaned out. No drinks in fridge like they provide in other hotels. Hairdryer didn't work properly. Every 2 minutes, turned off. Was on third floor, family suit so many dangerous stairs, no lift. Not worth paying over £700.

-: Hôtel bien isolé de l'extérieur mais extrêmement bruyant en intérieur. Les murs sont en carton. Boules Quies obligatoires.Il aurait été pratique que le personnel parle anglais.
