+: Le petit déjeuner sur le roof top était excellent, diversifié. L'hotel est à 2 pas de la tour de Galata et très proche du quartier de sultanahamet ( qu'on peut aussi rejoindre en prenant le tram au besoin ; une carte de transport est fournie par l'hotel, il ne reste qu'à la charger) L'hôtel fournit également une clé 4G pour bénéficier d'une connexion wifi lorsqu'on se balade. La gérante et l'ensemble du personnel sont très sympathiques et ont tout fait pour nous renseigner lors de notre séjour.
-: les dosettes de café disponibles dans la chambre ne sont pas renouvelées chaque jour. dommage !!!

+: In this hotel everything was on top level. Zeynep and Salim and the rest of the staff took care for us for all of our visit in Istanbul. They were so kind and very helpful. They gave their 100% for creating for us incredible memories of our staying in this hotel. Breakfasts were so delicious with amazing view. Room was so comfortable. We received also free Internet. Localisation of this hotel was also perfect (close to Galata Tower, metro station, Galata Port and other must see spots). For sure I have to admit that for all this years it was the best hotel which I booked. I highly recommend this hotel!!! For sure when I will come back to Istanbul one more time I would like to book this hotel once again :))

+: 酒店餐厅性价比很高，很有特色，比伊斯坦布尔很多餐厅味道都要好，价格还合适，感觉食材也很新鲜，推荐白天外面旅游，晚上到酒店就餐，而且餐厅就可以看到galata，酒店的服务员都很积极的响应我们的问题，服务很及时，而且很专业。酒店的鸡尾酒也很好喝。另外就是酒店地理位置也很棒，离galata很近，几乎就是下楼就到了。酒店还主动提供移动wifi服务，虽然我最后也没搞懂怎么连接，但是这还是很贴心的。

+: The hospitality of the staff, the location and the cleanliness of the hotel was more than expected. Easy link to the attractions, the tram service was walking distance from the hotel. A small supermarket across the road, and Galata tower a couple blocks away with a parade of dinning selections.
