+: 1) l'accueil sauf la 1ère personne très désagréable 2)la localisation 3) le pt déjeuner 4) piscine, spa et sa vue 5) early checking et 1er pt déjeuner offert
-: 1) Chambre exiguë 2) la literie un peu dure 3) Pas de restaurant et donc triste le soir 4) cuvette des toilettes inappropriée

+: Nothing The first time ever I find that the reception office is on the first floor and not the ground floor, and every time you have to climb many stairs to get to the reception, and there is no elevator to get to the reception The breakfast was much more than bad in terms of quality and variety. I only had breakfast one day out of the eight days. The rooms are old, very small and not clean, especially the bathroom and shower floor. I left the hotel and booked another hotel for three days even though I paid for the rooms because of how bad the hotel was. I doubt any positive comments written about this hotel, unfortunately.

-: Hi, Booking.com offered airport taxi compltely free when we booked with above price 2000AED. I booked the hotel for 2750AED but i did not get any response from booking.com .moreover didnot get any support from Hotel to contact Booking.com.
