+: Close to metro and tram stations
-: 1. The street hotel located is very noisy, and you can hear loud noises at midnight. 2. The facilities are old, rotten, damaged and TOTALLY different from what’s pictured on Booking. Dirty pillows , curtains and chairs. 3. Shower has no door and water leaks into the whole bathroom. 4. We booked 5 rooms and 4 of them were EXTREMELY small and uncomfortable compared to what’s been promised on Booking pictures. They upgraded only 2 of our rooms into the bigger ones after 3 days of refusals. 5. Pool is dirty and none of us wanted to swim there. 6. Staff is unprofessional and rude (except some of the THEM). They are no help except fake smiles. I think the reviews of this hotel are artificially generated and has nothing to do with reality. See the photos attached for reference.

+: The location, very close to metro, very close to different tourist sites.
-: The breakfast room was too crowded, couldnt find space to sit

+: Our stay was very nice, excellent breakfast selection, room was clean, large enough for three adults, location is ideal to visit istanbul.
-: Air condition was not performing well, luckly it was not too hot otherwise it might be a major issue.

+: الفندق جميل ونظيف وقريب من محطات المترو ومحطات الترمب ومحطات الباصات وكذلك يوجد بالقرب منة عدد من المطاعم والبقالات ومحلات الصرافة
-: يوجد في الفندق مطعم ( مرقص) في الطابق الأرضي قريب الاستقبال وصوت الموسيقة مزعج لا تستطيع النوم من شدة الازعاج
