+: the location was great with the sea sometimes at only 20 meters from my room. The price was low but having said that, there were reasons. The hotel was more than very quiet: I was the only guest! That has advantages but also disadvantages. The guy serving breakfast was friendly and tried to get the internet running, sometimes with success for a short while. That there was a lack of maintenance was not so much a problem as that was expected with the price. A place with potential but lack of any management.

Only during the day there was sometimes internet near the bar area but never in the room. And even when it was there it stopped every time and had to be restarted. In 2023 good internet is needed where ever, when ever. There have been services in the past like massage but that room is a dump with rusting broken equipment still there.

+: Posizionata fronte spiaggia. Da ogni boungalow si vede il mare. Si trova in un punto fantastico per esplorare il mare in bassa marea. Silenzio e piscina fantastica. Personale gentile e affidabile. Colazione abbondante classica di zanzibar con frutta fresca, succo, uova e pancake e caffè.

-: Il cibo cucinato a pranzo un pò secco e asciutto e insipido, poche cicale per il prezzo. Migliorerei la rubinetteria.

+: Decent location, nice beach. Staff were OK given I had several complaints and issues during my stay.Otherwise, it was terrible.

-: Very run down resort, only chose it because it was close to where other friends were staying, which was expensive and it was only for a few days.The first room showed was small, dirty, no furniture or character. Just a white washed room with a bed. There were few other residents, I asked to be given the nicest room which was more acceptable and right on the beach but still unclean, had lots of insects, bathroom door didn't close properly, but at least had a mosquito net and some furniture like a night-stand.Breakfast was basic, in a dark, uninviting restaurant. Staff were good considering I moaned a lot during my stay. Left early.

+: Morgenmaden kunne godt have mere afveksling i lyst almindeligt usødet brød, desuden ville det være fint med en brødrister der ikke gav stød

+: Der beste Platz auf Sansibar, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Es ist einfach still, was ich sehr genossen habe. Man hört nur die Wellen und den Wind in den Blättern. Sehr großzügige und schöne Anlage mit vielen Bäumen. Direkte Strandlage, etwas abseits von anderen Hotels. Großer und tiefer Pool, der gut zum Schwimmen geeignet ist. Sehr freundliches Personal. Mein Bungalow war riesig, super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und alles funktionierte. Ich konnte aus dem Bett das Meer sehen. Das Frühstück war gut. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

+: The location is amazing close to the beach where during low tides you can walk to the reef and enjoy the view. The room was spacious and quiet.

-: Insects, dirty chairs in the restaurant, mosquito net had holes. The pool was dirty so was the bar which was not operational. The staff was on my door 9am knocking for 2p min that she wants to clean. Breakfast was terrible, the water coffee cold. I asked for eggs which were terrible I couldn't eat them. No menu only some scribble on a school book page. For lunch you have to eat before 2pm otherwise kitchen is closes, for dinner 9pm otherwise kitchen is closed and this is the only restaurant in the hotel. No WiFi in the room, no TV no kettle no cup no glass.
