+: Elke ochtend werd onze tafel gedekt voor het ontbijt en konden we ons ontbijtje kiezen en werd het ontbijt op terras gebracht. Heel vriendelijk personeel helemaal voor ons kleine mannetje van 2. Savonds werd de kamer klaargemaakt voor de nacht met insektspray en de klamboes werden dichtgedaan. Lekker zwembad met een kinderbadje en aan het strand.

-: Het water van de douche was een klein straaltje

+: Excellent location, kind staff, and nice facilities.

-: The restaurant was OK. The food was not very good, which was disappointing because we paid to have meals included in the stay. We ended up eating elsewhere, which felt like a waste of money.

+: Stayed here for 4 days with my boyfriend. This place is absolutely amazing. The property is beach front, the beach is beautiful with white sand and cristal clear water. At high tides you can jump right in. It’s also situated in a lively area with lots of cafes and restaurants around. The property is very large, it comes with a beautiful, well maintained garden with lots of palm trees, bushes and flowers. It is the only hotel with such a nice large garden. We had the king room with ocean and garden view. It’s a large room, comfortable bed and very clean. Room service is also spot on. We really enjoyed the breakfast serviced on the terrace in front of the room. Breakfast has a nice choice and really keeps you going throughout the day. We also very much enjoyed the pool, it has a really good size for swimming. Everyone at the hotel was very kind and welcoming. Overall I can absolutely recommend this place for an unforgettable stay!

+: -Super welcoming and kind staff. Every single one of them will make you feel welcomed, and assist you at any given time. Special shout out to Mohammed who goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay. -special touch of owner, who will greet you personally, which is really nice gesture-Breakfast is very nice. Served on your veranda every morning. (Its always same menu everyday, it gets a bit monotone, but its ok for 2-3 days stay)-Hotel is right on the beach, inside hotel itself it feels like resort, so much greenery and nice pool-Food is good, but portions are small... especially starters. -Everyday they replenish water bottles, and spray room for mosquitoes in evening time-Tea coffee pot and sachets available also in room which is nice-When power goes off (normal in zanzibar) they have generators so you always have electricity and AC in room-AC is really really good!

-: There is little room for improvement which would be nice to see kn next stay here:-food takes looooong time to arrive on table-portions should really be increased-WiFi is slow... it barely opens websites. You have to keep waiting-breakfast menu to be changedmodified at least 2-3 days, because its always the same. For the price per day per room, it should be wider choice.

+: Clean, spacious bungalow with all amenities you can ask for. Situated in a lovely big garden. Breakfast is served on your terrace, which is very nice. Peaceful place with its own beach area, which we appreciated a lot. Very helpful and supportive staff and the owner, Seif, was also very nice.

+: We very much enjoyed our stay at Flame Tree Cottages. All the staff is adorable and the service fantastic. Our cottage was big and we loved having breakfast on the porch. The breakfast was very good. The bed was super comfy too. The bar restaurant has a superb view of the beach and is lovely to admire the sunset. The place is very charming and perfectly located, you can find many restaurants and bars, scuba diving centres on the beach at a short walking distance. Special mention to Dalila who provides brilliant massages.

+: Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Super, dass es zum Zimmer gebracht wurde.
