-: The air conditioning in my room did not work, room 119. I had also requested a late checkout, no consideration was given. You need to get a pastry chef. I’ve had better variety of breakfast and dinner in a three star hotel. Do better kindly.

+: The residence is a paradise on earth. The residence consists of different classes of villas. The villas contains all the comfort you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The staff are very nice and very very welcoming. They are also very supportive and helpful.The residence has two restaurants and a bar on the beach. There is an activity club inside the residence where you can arrange some excursions and activities in Zanzibar.
-: The only lowlight i can mention about the residence is the food. Unfortunately, the restaurant(mainly the meal included in the package) doesn’t offer a large variety that suits to everyone. The diner included in the package is a set menu that includes an amuse bouche, a starter, a main course and a dessert. Usually the choices are limited to 2 options for the main course which sometimes doesn’t suit to all the people (like the Indian menu).The food is not bad but it really needs to be improved especially in terms of variety.
