У кожному номері є зона відпочинку, кондиціонер, телевізор з плоским екраном, кавоварка і міні-бар. Ванні кімнати з душем укомплектовані безкоштовними туалетно-косметичними засобами. З власних балконів відкривається панорамний вид на море.
У спа-центрі можна відвідати сауну та замовити різноманітні косметичні процедури. За запитом гості також можуть скористатися послугами дитячого клубу та професійного центру дайвінгу і водних видів спорту.
У пляжному ресторані "Grand Bleu" подають страви на відкритому повітрі. Міжнародні страви готують у ресторані, який відчинений протягом усього дня. У лобі-лаунжі та барі біля басейну можна замовити імпортні напої і кальян.
Курортний готель Radisson Blu розміщений за 90 хвилин їзди від міста Дубай та за 40 хвилин їзди від міста Ель-Фуджайра. На території готелю облаштовано безкоштовну приватну парковку.

-: I requested a birthday cake for my wife and mentioned in both online and also offline in reception. They promised to provide it on agreed time but it never came till we were in the hotel. Also buffet food variety and quality was extremely poor and very less options

+: My three-night stay at Radisson Blu Fujairah was unfortunately far from pleasant. Despite being upgraded to a larger room upon arrival, the experience was still disappointing. The room was spacious but not well-maintained, with ants on the floor on the first day. The corridors were dirty, and the lifts were old and outdated. The room itself was old, as was the bathroom, which was also large but lacked quality amenities. Housekeeping was slow, and the small toiletry bottles provided were insufficient. Although the beach was a redeeming feature, it did not make up for the overall poor quality of the stay. The staff, particularly Jeff, were friendly and helpful, but their efforts could not compensate for the outdated rooms and furnishings. Even with the good service, the noisy air conditioning made it difficult to sleep at night, adding to the unpleasant experience.Overall, I do not plan to stay at Radisson Blu again due to this negative experience and it being really expensive for 3 nights for poor quality (paid around £550 for 3 night stay )

+: Starting with the positives, the hotel is located on the best section of beach in Dibba, with a nice sea swimming area, several pools, a quite small but adequate gym and spa. The concierge on arrival are extremely helpful and polite, great customer service. Past that is when things went downhill. The staff in general seem incompetent and quite rude. On our first day, we ordered two cocktails from their menu at the empty lounge bar sporting 5 bartenders. Not only did we wait 40 minutes for a simple margarita, but it was awful, and when we asked the staff to remake it and try it themselves, they tasted it and grimaced just as we did, yet we were offered no apology for this, and the second remake was still like paint stripper, when we swapped it for a white wine (which was cheaper yet we were offered no reimbursement for a 50AED cocktail and a 40AED glass of sauvingon blanc), the staff seemed disgruntled. In terms of food, the buffet selection for breakfast and lunches were nice, there was a wide range of food options, although no allergen information was provided, and the staff seemed unsure of this information themselves, and one of our party is severely allergic to nuts so this was quite problematic. We visited the spa, and the prices were absolutely extortionate at 500AED for a 1 hour massage, although we did receive a discount to 300AED each because of the lack of customers there, which speaks for itself. The steam room was broken and the jacuzzi was clingfilmed, so we could only use the sauna and showers, which were nice and we were offered teas and fluffy dressing gowns by the spa staff, who were very polite and accomodating. In terms of dinner options, there was either recycled lunch buffet, or an Indian, which was very good, authentic Indian food that we very much enjoyed, although VERY expensive, at 100AED for a small amount of (very tender and well spiced) tandoori chicken and rice as a main meal.
-: The highlights of our trip was eating lunch at the Wave Cafe a short drive out of the hotel on the water, and our dinner at the Turtle Beach Restaurant at the Royal Beach hotel next door was incredible, the staff there were amazing and the food was well priced fresh seafood, which the Radisson could not provide AT ALL, which is disappointing for a beachfront hotel. We also enjoyed a hike up the mountaints on 2 evenings, which we had to find ourselves, as the concierge had seemingly no idea of where to hike, even though it is a common activity in the area. Moreover, the diving and water activites staff refused to provide us with snorkels to use in the designated sea swimming area, stating equipment could not be taken out during rough weather, although swimming was allowed which did not make sense to us. Visiting the Dibba Fort was a nice escape from the hotel, and we would definitely recommend it! Now, I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world and I must say this was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I think 1020 years ago in its heyday this resort may have been nice but as the staff admitted several times whilst showing us to our room, the hotel is old, and has not made any effort to keep up with the times - such as cleaning rooms and providing fresh towels and bedsheets, training staff suffficiently and making an effort to compete with the hotels next to it.
