-: Upon arrival, the room did not have the air on, very hot, there were 2 hot waters and nothing else, in Dubai you drink water all the time, even more so when you arrive at the Dubai sauna...there were no bath or face towels, I went with a friend, and women usually use 2 towels, one for their hair, not even the floor cloth, the floor gets very wet, the box does not seal the water, the shower faucet was broken, very difficult to put in the shower, the mini plastic curtain is all torn, and on the wall there was a bandage that someone left it glued to the shower wall... very disgusting... we couldn't stay in the room, very uncomfortable.. for the price, we didn't even stay in the room for 3 hours...When taking a shower, we all saw this disrespect towards the customer, the small towels, I had to put them on the floor so as not to slip on the bathroom floor, and we were also disgusted by the terrible cleaning. I want a withdrawal from booking.com, I paid for the total daily rate and I didn't even have the minimum of what was expected in the photos and advertising here on booking.com. .I don't recommend this place, despite it being close to the beach,it did not compensate for the amount paid and the disgust we felt with the poor cleaning.
