+: El personal muy amable, habitación amplia y limpia, y el baño genial. El desayuno variado y con un poco de todo. Disponen de parking gratis.

+: Fridge in the room, air con good, there was a little water heater to make a hot drink

-: Breakfast - orange cordial (not fruit juice) fried eggs (cold and hard yolks) exploded bright pink sausages, lack of fresh fruit. Being watched at breakfast by staff made you feel like you were doing something wrong. I saw one staff member telling guests off for filling up water bottles from the water cooler - "No it is only for glasses and breakfast they told them!"Pool -nice but next to a very busy, noisy polluting main road, lots of rules including one telling you to shower before entering the pool but there wasn't a shower presentWhen our room was cleaned the dirty cups and wine glasses weren't replaced.View - nice view of the hotel being built opposite and the wild dog sand pit toilet area - a general problem for the whole area and not the hotels faultThere was no nice arealounge to sit at to read or have a drink

+: Tolles und sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, perfekter Service, gutes Frühstück. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren 6 Nächte hier. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt.

-: Kleiner Hinweis: es müssen nicht jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt werden.

+: The property was amazing, the hotel was spotless and the pool was lovely. The staff where so friendly and the breakfast they do is really nice. It’s a super short walk to the local beaches and it’s a bit quieter than some of the hotels on the beach front. Would highly recommend.

+: The hotel is brand new, made it with the most selective items and finnest finishing. The pictures don't show how nice the property looks like, but in person is amazing 😀, very spacious room with balcony, beds very comfortable, staffs are really nice and there is cleaning services available every day.The location is amazing right at the beginning of ksamil- far away from the noisy main street, everything with walking distance - 5 minutes walk to the beach and town centre. There is a car rental( Ksamil rental - 355 696162699 ) just 3 minutes walking from the hotel, you can rent a motorbike for 20€ and a car €35 per day highly recommended, ower is very trustworthy. For those who just want to relax and don't go out, the hotel has a bar, restaurant and a good swimming pool.For those who's coming by bus from Sarande, the bus stop is beside the hotel- The journey takes 30 minutes and it costs € 1.75 each way, or if you are coming by car, there are plenty of parking places around the hotel. Ideally, bring cash with you most of the places o ly accept cash - you can pay in Euros or Lek - taking cash from ATM machine you pay €12 every time you withdraw.Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again
