+: Ganz neues modernes Hotel mit Aufzug, großem Balkon und Tiefgarge, wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und ca. 10 min von der Promenade entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gute Frühstück kann man sich entsprechend einer Auswahlliste am Vortag zusammenstellen und bekommt es dann serviert.

+: I loved my stay here, it's basic accommodations done perfectly. The staff were very friendly, my room (Double Room with Balcony and Sea View) was very clean and comfortable, the shower worked well, wifi was fast, breakfast was great, and the price was reasonable. The location is good, not too far of a walk from the port and right across the street from a good beach with a few beach clubs. Quick tip: I couldn't see the Summer Suites sign at first, it's easier to see the signs for Nemesis restaurant or 3B Suites (a different hotel with a different lobby in the same building, it's kind of weird) and Summer Suites is between those two. The included breakfast was delicious, I highly recommend the fried eggs! I didn't love having to order the night before, but the first morning I hadn't submitted a form and they still let me order. The second day I ordered ahead of time and I still got the feeling that I would be able to change the order a bit if I wanted, as the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating.

-: None of these would prevent me from staying here again, but: - there didn't seem to be any kind of do not disturb sign or other way to keep house cleaning from coming in the room. This wasn't an issue for me but if I was taking a nap or otherwise needed privacy this might bother me. - the interior of the building is very open, and a family staying on the floor above mine let their kids run around screaming, which was very loud even in my room - I couldn't get the safe to work

+: Ruime kamer, zeer proper, goede douche, lekker en uitgebreid (à la carte) ontbijt (de avond voordien te bestellen, je krijgt een blad met alle opties mee en kan zoveel bestellen als je wil). Locatie is goed, onmiddellijk gelegen aan verschillende strandbars. Boulevard is wel een 10 tal minuutjes wandelen. Parking inbegrepen. Mooi terras.

-: Wifi en airco werkten niet super.

+: Schöne Lage in 2. Reihe gleich am Strand, aber ruhig. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Balkon und sehr netten Vermietern. Das Frühstück konnte man sich am Vortrag auswählen und war super. Ca 15 bis 20 zu Fuß zur Promenade.

+: Ho recentemente soggiornato all'Hotel Summer Suites (struttura a conduzione familiare) di Saranda e devo dire che sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto della mia esperienza. Ci sono diversi aspetti che mi sono piaciuti e che mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio durante il mio soggiorno.Innanzitutto, vorrei evidenziare la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale. Sin dal momento del check-in, sono stati estremamente cortesi e disponibili ad aiutarmi con qualsiasi richiesta avessi. Ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare in una stanza con vista mare e un bellissimo terrazzo, il che ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole.Un altro aspetto che mi ha colpito positivamente è stato il servizio colazione dell'hotel. A differenza di altre esperienze che ho avuto in Italia, dove se si supera di poco l'orario prestabilito per la colazione si viene trattati in modo sgarbato, qui ho trovato un'atmosfera completamente diversa. Il personale era sempre disponibile a prepararmi la colazione anche se arrivavo leggermente dopo l'orario previsto, e lo facevano con un sorriso. Questo livello di accoglienza e cortesia è stato davvero apprezzato.Non posso fare a meno di menzionare l'umanità generale del popolo albanese che ho incontrato durante il mio soggiorno. Ho avuto l'opportunità di interagire con molte persone locali e sono rimasto colpito dalla loro generosità e dalla cura che mostravano nei confronti degli ospiti. Mi sono sentito davvero benvenuto e accolto durante tutto il mio soggiorno.Complessivamente, posso dire che l'Hotel Summer Suites di Saranda mi ha offerto la migliore esperienza alberghiera dal punto di vista umano. Ho apprezzato la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale, la vista mare dalla mia stanza e l'atmosfera generale di cura e accoglienza che ho incontrato durante il mio soggiorno. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque stia pianificando un viaggio a Saranda.

+: Duży czysty pokój, rewelacyjny personel, parking w garażu.

-: Na parkingu ciężko jest zaparkować z powodu rozkładu garażu (betonowe słupy). Śniadanie monotonne, ale za to świeżo przygotowywane.
