+: Very clean and big apartment, modern looking, there is a washing mashine and iron, enough dishess, free coffe,. It was easy to find and simle procedure for checking in and out.
-: No aircondition (although we didnt need it anyway),ground floor so leaving window wide open while we were sleaping or not in the apartment was not the option bacause it was on street side.

+: Effortless check in and check out. Apartment was well equipped and reasonably clean. Only 5 min. walk from nearest U-Bahn station. Overall good value for the money and I would choose it again.
-: Apartment was on the ground floor next to the entrance to the building. Children on the playground in front of the building were quite noisy until 10PM and the entrance door to the buliding was quite noisy when closing. The church bells were ringing few times a day. We didn't mind any of it, but somebody might.
