+: The hotel is in a nice location, about 5 minutes' walk from the tram that takes you to the city center and about 10 minutes from the metro. There is a big supermarket 2 minutes from the hotel. Lichtenstein palace is practically next door, and its gardens are nice to walk in when the weather is fine. There were several nice and affordable (for Vienna) restaurants nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and was pretty quiet at night. The price was very good for Vienna. All of the staff were nice and helpful. The studio was clean and the towels were changed daily. There was a coffee maker, and some coffee capsules and tea bags were provided, along with sugar, salt and other cooking essentials.

-: There was only one negative and that is sleep quality, but for me that is a very important thing, since I am a light sleeper. Since I was in a studio, the fuse box was in the room where I slept, and it made an annoying buzzing noise that bothered me at night. I discovered by accident on the second night that there is a sort of a kill switch next to the door that turns off the power to the room completely (except to the fridge) and that made the buzzing stop. Speaking of the fridge, it was also pretty loud, so I had to turn it off at night. So the noise was manageable, but I still found it a bit of bother to have to turn the power off every night in order to have quiet. Another problem related to sleep quality was the pillow. While the bed was comfortable, there was only one pillow and it was very thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. I asked for another one, and the staff promptly gave it to me, so a big thanks to them. However, it turned out to be an unfortunate case of one is not enough, and two are too much, so I still had problems sleeping on those pillows. However, I understand that such things might not be a problem for everybody.

+: 酒店房间很大很舒服！像一个套房，有小厨房间，可以自己做菜，地暖特别舒服，一进屋就很暖和，赤脚都没问题！
