+: The staff was friendly .. room service was good

-: The AC wasn’t working well .. the room was hot

+: -breakfast are superior price normal to high, though it is quite convenient -I can see the cleaner has gone extra miles to make the room clean and comfortable for us, we are thankful -receptionist girl is very friendly and cheerful, very adaptive to our needs -location is in a very nice area of town, nice neighbourhood

-: -conceige is not very accomdating to our enquiries we have to go to the receptionist guy to ask instead, he is very helpful -we have to oursourcing for our day to day dinner needs, becuase the inhotel dinning we have to fulfilled either 5 -9 courses set menu, it is prolonged and lack of flexibility, overall exhausting choice.

-: checkin saatinden sonra gittigimiz halde saat 15.45 te halen odalarimiz hazir degil di,checkin islemleri cok surdu hic boyle birseyle karsilasmamistim,reception calisanlari cok yavas ti,yapilan islemler cok uzundu,odalar yanlis verildi,balkonlu rezervasyon yaptigimiz halde balkonsuz oda tahsis ettiler ,sonra sucu booking e attilar,fiyat daha uygun olsa bile tekrar kalmayi istemiyecegim ilk otellerden birisi oldu,bu fiyata bu hizmet,bu kahvalti ve bu imkanlar insani salak yerine koymak gibi birsey,kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum
