+: The room was very nice and spacious. The view is very nice. We had a free upgrade to Presetential suite. The bed was amazing. Restaurant and Pool prices are good. The Pool was nice. The waiting staff was exceptional and very friendly.
-: The room was not as clean as expected. In addition we had a towel with sticker (new). This is unacceptable. I gave the towel back to reception. This means that the towel had not been washed! Furthermore, I found another one sticker outside of our room and I gave ti to reception as well! The Pool floor was not as clean as expected. Moreover, anyone visitor can come to Hotel and with 5 euro ticket can use Hotel Pool and sunbeds and have a drink as well. This cause a riot for few hours. It was like a waterpark inside the Pool with the kids!

+: The staff were excellent. The location and public areas in the hotel were also excellent. We found breakfast to be stress free and with excellent choice of food.
-: Our room was a little tired, the floor was lifting infront of the patio doors and to be honest the radiator in the bathroom was a disgrace. We didn't eat in the restaurant due to the party of school children staying at the hotel
