+: The staff are very kind, and the location

+: The location of the hotel next to the beach and the size of the duplex room with outdoor jacuzzi was great. Quality of food in the restaurant was great. The cleanness of the room was spotless

-: The noise in the night was terrible. We couldn’t fall asleep until 2am due to the loud music from the street. We asked to move to another room and no solution was offered. There were ants in our room (reported and nothing was taken care of). The fish restaurant was a big disappointment for us (slow service; the food was below average; no dishes for children). Some of the staff in the evening shift at the main restaurant was highly unpleasant. The shows were taking place in another hotel so we had to walk there each time with a baby and rush after dinner. The fact that the dancing party for the kids has every day the same songs is unbelievable (even my baby was tired from it after a couple of days)- it has to be changed given the fact that most people are staying longer and the are no entertainment alternatives in this area. We were at this hotel in the past and this time our experience was substantially worse.

+: Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Es befindet sich gleich an der Hauptstrasse in Protaras und liegt direkt am Meer. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist sehr gut und modern. Das Hotel hat ein sehr schönes Interior. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Auswahl war riesig. Die Strand- und Poolliegen können für den Zeitraum des Aufenthaltes reserviert werden. Das hat uns insbesondere gut gefallen. Das Hotelrestaurant "Fishbone" hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Fisch und die Meeresfrüchte waren sehr gut zubereitet und sehr frisch. Die Serviceangestellten beim Frühstücksbuffet und im Restaurant Fishbone waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

+: Room service twice a day, delicious food, no animation activities on the hotel territory (but if you want you can find it in the nearby Sunrise hotel), night service with sweets :)The hotel was fully booked but we don’t find it overcrowded in the restaurants and in the pool areas

-: The hotel inside is already a bit outdated and needs renovationA bit weird thing: in our room was no wardrobe, just a space with hangers and that’s it. So, when you are with suitcases and with children clothes and other not hanger stuff it’s hard to stay comfortable in the room. When we asked the staff about that they said that’s the cost of the good sea view, and suggested us to use boxes under the sofa where linens are stored. That was not the best solution but acceptable for us.

+: As expected all turned out as expected,we enjoyed our stay as we will repeat this venture in 2024

+: Sehr schmackhaftes und reichhaltiges Essen. Schöner Garten und tolle Lage am Strand. Sehr angenehm war der grosse private Pool für drei Zimmer!
