+: Intimate, yet spacious. Amazing beach, great restaurant selections and the Inclusive Hyatt app used for all services made the trip top notch. Lazy River and water park were top notch. The fish tacos at the food truck were amazing.

-: Wish I could have heard from a concierge checking in during the stay. The app creates a division - between one and one communication. Staff needs to learn more English and there needs to be more options ( not pork) on the breakfast buffet in World Cafe. Some food items were too salty and hardly any spicy options on the menu in any of the restaurants. Desserts need to be a little less sweet. Wish the rooms were larger. No jacuzzis for the majority of guests. The bowling should be included ( sadly there is a fee).

+: I enjoyed the pools, the parties for the kids, and the bars by the pool. that's the best service we received

-: majority of the staff are rude. Customer service front desk never answers. It's hard to get a hold of the property if you come across any issues.
