+: Dio was very courteous. The hotel facilities were excellent. House keeping was great too. Evening events were great. The food was great. Overall, it was a great trip and I would recommend it to others.

-: Unfortunately, there was construction on our floor (3rd), which made us have to go updown a floor to get around it. With two toddlers and 1 baby, it made it a little more cumbersome to go to and from the room. Lots of flies, which making eating outside a bit challenging.We tried two nights to have hibachi at Tempest and were not able to due to lack of a chefs and lack of seating. On the second night, we went at 6pm with two hibachi tables full. We were told it would take 1.5 hours to wait for a table, when the rest of the restaurant was empty. We understand that it is tough to schedule these chefs with this skill. It was just a little bit of a let down.This is just candid feedback. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return again someday!

+: I liked the everything was very accessible, clean and the staff was great

-: I did not like that we couldn’t stay at a swim up with the kids. The food at the buffet was not so great and did not like to have people serve the food for you at the buffet

+: Prachtig uitzicht op het strand, vriendelijk personeel, groot opgezet waardoor het rustig aanvoelt, heerlijk eten.
