+: Not much in regards to food

-: If you book a king suite, they will 100% overbook them and lie to you about a downgrade. To get your reserved room you must really complain. The food is definitely lower quality than all of our resort visits.

+: La habitación es muy confortable, y el tamaño muy bueno. En mi caso la habitación tenía dos baños lo que lo hacía muy cómodo. Es cómodo también saber el recorrido de los trencitos que te llevan de un punto a otro de las instalaciones para llegar más rápido a cualquier lado. No descartar el Lobby a la noche ni el bar del lobby, es muy bueno y la animación es buena.

-: Las opciones gastronómicas no eran malas, pero creo que en los restaurantes generales no había tanta variedad de comida como uno esperaría. De todas formas los restaurantes con reserva el menú a la carta era muy bueno.

-: Check in time is at 3:00 pm but I needed to wait until 4:00 pm for my room. Other friends needed to wait until 6:30 pm for their room. Another friend found the room occupied by other guests. The quality of the food can be improved.

+: It was clean, they were improving things and making updates.

-: Desde el primer día informé que el agua caliente no servía, se demoraron en “arreglarla” y nunca funcionó bien. A pesar de solicitar que limpiaran la habitación a veces no pasaban y uno llegaba a descansar y la habitación no la habían limpiado.

-: I paid for a rooftop Jacuzzi. It did not work. It was reported multiple. It was not fixed my whole stay. Food at the different restaurant on the resort was cold and hard no matter what time of day you went. The housekeepers came in your room and hired your personal thing, even with the do not disturb sign on the door. My sister had a separate room for spiders were found in her bed. Her refrigerator did not work. Her whole day and housekeeping walked in on her in the shower with the do not disturb time outside on the door.
