+: Quiet area. Not much around but had a nice bakerycafe just down the road. Very well kept grounds and a great pool. Room was clean. 15 min. walk to the surfing beach and from there it was possible to walk to Cabarete Beach on a small Rd along the ocean till you got close to Kite beach, then walk on the beach ( 5 km walk) We had a terrible bed and the management changed us to a new room with a better bed.

-: We like to walk but it is impossible to walk on the main road. You can take a taxi or local transportation to Sasoua or Cabarete for groceries, local transport is very inexpensive.

-: Toilet leaked. No hot water at kitchen sink. Sliding door to balcony wouldn’t lock. Bedroom ceiling fan didn’t work

+: J’aime tout de cet établissement tu te sens comme a la maison tu peux faire les choses à ta façon j’adore 🥰🥰🥰
