+: Good location

-: Too big Dated dark roomsPoor food Unhelpful staff

+: Swim in swim out room was wonderful. Basically had a private pool to use and it was so so nice and quiet in adults only pool area.

-: My wife is dairy free and there was a lot of confusion with language barrier at restaurants as to what on the menu was and wasn't dairy free.

+: the food was good almost all restaurants and beach club was really good the transportation was really good

-: some food at the restaurants more vip liquor, and more brands because in all bar were diferent the brands

+: Love the restaurants and the spa and poolside. Beaches very good.

-: No elevators. I didnt care for pressure to become a time share member. The rooms are nice but need more space for your clothes ( no drawers) Had to keep my clothes in my luggage. I like to unpack when I am staying at a resort for days.

+: The grounds are kept in immaculate condition, everywhere you go everyone is very nice, you basically are staying on 4 different resorts when you stay here so there is a lot to do, the food is great in most restaurants, the butler staff is 1210 amazing and really tried to make you feel like you didn’t have to do anything at all, every bar tender and server was very friendly and seemed to enjoy being there to take care of you, they overbooked our original room type and gave us a huge estate room at no extra cost because of it which we very much appreciated!

-: Some of the property was aging slightly (pool appears to need to be retiled, bathrooms in rooms slightly dated) not a huge issue but worth mentioning, we had a cockroach crawl into our room under the door one night but besides that isolated incident we didn’t have any cleanliness issues, upon check in we were told by one of the concierges that he would take us on a tour of the grounds the next day since it was our first time in the Dominican Republic but in actuality he just dropped us off at a time share presentation and told us we weren’t eligible for any recompense for attending the 2 hour long presentation, definitely avoid the baby blue shirted people in the lobby upon check in.

+: I liked the grounds, music and getting around the property was great.

-: 1. The fake booze. A resort of this caliber should not have fake booze at all. I expected something better than a resort like Sandals when paying this kind of money. I wanted a better experience. Turquesa had it all, except that. A bottle of Champagne should be just that. 2. Also, our butler gave us tickets to the cabaret show. Said, "you'll love it". We did, however when we went to check out there was a charge for the show on our bill. If he had said that that would be there then would would have had the option to choose if we wanted to pay that. I think this was sly and something you should look into. I hate being taken. 3. I though we were seeing the grounds, but we were lured into a timeshare kind of venue. I like being asked if I want to take part in something like this. My husband was very upset that this was what we were doing this at all.

+: The staff were incredible, friendly and supportive… we’ve never travelled either to DR or to all-inclusive, had no idea how anything worked…

+: Beautiful property, multiple pools and things to do.

-: Unfortunately the Palladium Group Travel Club ruined our stay. We were there for 4 days - they spent half a day bothering us with “buying in” to the Travel Club.
