+: Staff : The staff are by far the best I've ever experienced in any hotel. I have been fortunate to stay in many. I have also ran a holiday company. They make everyone feel so welcome and like Royalty. What is different is they are so warm to each other too. Genuine hospitality from everyone, they truly are a happy hotel. Both my boys, one very sensitive to environments were at ease and all staff adapted effortlessly to scenarios. The perfect measure of attentiveness and consideration. I met personally managers, pool life guards, chefs, waiters, room prep front of house. A unique team.Pools: There are lots of pools to choose from, heated like a warm bath. The Aqua park too on main slides. So much fun for all ages and adults too, actually especially adults. There are ones for inflatable slides too.Ambience: Photos just can't ever do this place justice. It's very stylish, there is lots if attention to detail from art pieces to trendy furniture on the beach. Lots of well thought out areas games, hammocks. The speakers quality and lighting is first class. Along with soft furniture. The gardens are already in bloom and fantasticly designed.Beach: Sandy, quiet, crystal clear waters, excellent snorkeling, loads of comfortable sun beds. Plenty of activities such as volleyball and balls.All the things you would expect likeWifiCleanlinessTowelsSun loungersMini barAirconHot showersAre all excellentCompared to my disappointing experience to the hotel range a short distance away. The overall experience is night and day.The hotel is new, it's still being built in areas. This didn't impact our holiday in the slightest. In fact enhanced our experience as a bit quieter.I am conflicted to do an honest review as selfishly I would like to keep it as our secret hotel. However such a place deserves to be shared and enjoyed. It's an exciting project and I have already recommended to friends and making plans to return.

-: We didn't like having to leave. In all seriousness, I was too busy enjoying everything, there was nothing I didn't like and I didn't want to look for problems. Unlike our other stay via TUI in Jaz Grande Marsa that we were so unhappy there, we could not leave fast enough. We paid for accommodation twice, but it was so worth it to leave this fantastic country on a holiday high. Thanks to all Amarina Jannah

+: Giorni indimenticabili in questo splendido resort. Bellissimo..elegante pulito.Si mangia molto bene e si beve continuamente in pace e allegria.Tutto il personale di una gentilezza e disponibilità grande.Ogni momento anche quello serale sempre unico con ragazzi motivati e bravi.Ci siamo sentiti in famiglia.Ci auguriamo di tornarci.

+: Hotel ciągle się modernizuje ale nie jest to uciążliwe dla gości Personel uczynny uśmiechnięty Plaża leżaki w porządku Jedzenie nikt nie będzie chodził głodny Na plus Plaża, personel ,animacje ,pokazy wieczorne Myślę że w przyszłości jak skończy się remont i hotel postawi na większą jakość jedzenia i napojów będzie to fajny resort

-: Dla mnie osobiście jedynym minusem były napoje głównie cola i inne podobne... nie nadawały się do picia Hotel powinien jak najszybciej to zmienić

+: Bardzo miła obsługa, rodzinna atmosfera, świetne animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych, aquapark z profesjonalnymi zjeżdżalniami i podgrzewaną wodą. Basen z podgrzewaną wodą. Siłownia dobrze wyposażona. Dobre jedzenie.

+: Alles. Das Team sowie der Manager waren sehr bemüht zu helfen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und haben sehr viele Freunde dort gefunden. Barkeeper Islam, Shisha Boy und Teresa haben uns jeden Tag versüßt.
