+: The room was very dirty, we found lot of trash in the room and in the corridor and hallway such as cigarette, plastic trash and dirty towels. The reception staff were pretty unfriendly and very unhelpful and they denied booking and they sent us to the dirty rooms. The meals were poor also.

+: From the moment I steped inI was welcomed from the very nice Mr.Mostafa at the receptionn I was free upgraded to a room with a pool and sea view 2 Steps from the pool, every one was super Professional I was super welcomed that I felt they remember me from my last visit the past year, volley ball was amazing, animation team specially Omar and Mohamed are super nice guys they changed my day mood completely. 👌 . shisha guy was super nice too. Food was gr8t the Chief made me a special cream caramel plate as he knew I love it in 10 mins and it was so delicious. This visit I had one of the best days any other hotel in Egypt. Thank you for having ppl under this training standards of politeness, professionalism. This time is my 3rd time to visit to the hotel and I wished it could last more.❤️👌🙏 Thanks to Mr. Moustafa again for the late check out too 🙏❤️The hotel was impressive although its not my first time there.
