+: The team at Onaas provided exceptional customer service, with thanks to the receptionist who has upgraded my friends and I to one of the suits.

-: The waiter at the restaurant was very rude in his approach to us. We found it disgusting as it was not in keeping with the rest of our experience at the hotel.

-: They charge 26% more than what your price on booking says. I had a room for 20$ but had to pay 27$. They charged a 12% service fee (whatever that is, but you need to pay 30 pounds for a water anyway so it's not included), and 14% VAT and they hide it until you need to pay it. You can only find the real price in the pdf that you can download after you have booked! When I asked the manager why they do this he basically said "everyone does this, it's normal". Still feels extremely dishonest and wont stay here again simply for that reason.

-: Hello Definitely stay away. You pay a lot of money for accommodation, Even though breakfast is included in the hotel price, they ask for money for water during breakfast. Restaurant staff are very rude. There is water in the room cupboard. They even want money for water. This hotel wants money from everything. The toilet and the room are not very clean. Food and breakfast are not good. There isn't even soap in the bathroom for showering. There's a small old towel for the shower. Perhaps the worst hotel in Sharm El Skeikh.
