+: Plage de l'hôtel très appréciable Jolie cadre & vue sur la mer rouge Équipe d'animation sympathique Bonne literie Seule la nourriture du restaurant mexicain (restaurant "à la carte" à réserver dès votre arrivée) est bonne.

-: Pas de wifi dans la chambre Chambre et salle de bain mériteraient d'être rénovées. Le gros point négatif de cet hôtel selon moi est la mauvaise qualité de la restauration. Le tarif par nuit pourrait être justifié si les plats servis étaient de qualité, ce qui est loin d'être le cas. Tout est insipide et de mauvaise qualité, que ce soit dans le restaurant principal (buffet) ou au niveau des encas proposés dans les différents bars Excursions et taxis facturés bien au-delà des tarifs habituels. J'ai personnellement été choquée par le sentiment d'invisibilité que m'a fait ressentir un membre du personnel (un responsable), en s'adressant uniquement à mon mari, sans même me jeter un regard ne serait-ce que pour me saluer. Perturbant.

+: Prachtig hotel met prachtig strand en heel vriendelijk personeel.

-: Ik vond het eten in het hoofdrestaurant niet goed. Ik betaalde voor wifi in mijn kamer maar die werkte maar half. Ze hebben echt hun best gedaan om het op te lossen.Na enkele dagen konden ze het oplossen,maar van een terugbetaling wilden ze niet weten!

-: لم استمتع نهاءيا بanimation team او سهرات الفندق لا تتناسب مع المصريين ولا مع العاءلات نهاءيا ومكان الحفلات كءيب ضيق مزدحم بنفس الموسيقى يوميا الأكل متوسط المستوى الحلويات للاسف سيءه

+: -Long sandy beach and one of the best snorkeling beach in the area.- Many Rest. and bars distributed over the hotel provide drinks and snacks .- I like the safari car which takes you to the beach if you can’t take the stairs .- The breakfast and dinner buffet were impressive and have a good variety . About lunch , was good enough .- The staff was very friendly , very sportive specially Mr. Karem Ibrahim ( front disc manager.) they arranged a good screen for us to watch the Africa cup of nation matches .- Rooms were good and spacious with a very nice sea view .The hotel has many places to set and with a big luxurious lobby . - Fast check in and out with the flexibility of free late check out and early check in if available . - Landscape and green areas were very beautiful - I will certainly revisit the place .

-: The hotel located in Makadi which a little fare to the guests coming from cairo by cars . - Soft drinks was not with a good quality - Wifi only in lobby and some times with bad signal.- A.c in rooms needs maintenance .- The shower hand was not properly positioned , wich was not convenient .
