+: I am not going to specify because of the horrible situation that I went through.

-: The valet hit the car from the right side and they were so defensive. Their attitude was just to say that they took the car like this from me and not to find the truth. They kept me waiting for one hour and half claiming that they were looking at the cameras. I have the car card, they didn’t even put any scratches on the right side. When I told them that, they said they might have forgotten to put the hit on the card, which doesn’t make any sense. I ll post this on social media.

+: الخدمة جداً جداً ممتازة وناس احترام وذوق وحق الاستتقبال مارك وكذالك احمد وجميعهم كويسين وخدمة البار اللي في المسبح عند احمد كريتا ( اللي يشبه هنيدي ) هههه وكذالك رضوى البار الداخلي واسلام كلهم يعطيهم العافية وسايق القولف محمد جمال اخلاقة حلوه Thank you, The Westin

+: خدماته رائعة والموظفين ودودين وافضل من يمثل ذالك الاستاذ ادهم ابو شامة وموظفة المطعم لا اذكر اسمها قمة في الذوق وتفاني في خدمة العملاء اتمنى ان ينالوا اهتمام من الادارة بالفندق ولا انسى موظفين خدمات الغرف جيدين بامتياز

-: لا شيءٍ اتمنى فقط الاهتمام بنظافة الممرات من ثمار النخيل المتساقطة

-: Le bruit avec la musique à fond au bord de la piscineLa piscine ouverte aux non clients pour la journée avec leurs enfantsLe peu de disponibilité de chaises longues au bord de la piscine et aucune de disponible dans la partie Adult Only Le bruit le soir parce qu’il y avait un mariage organisé Le prix exorbitant de la course d’un taxi vers l’aéroport ( 3 fois plus cher qu’un taxi réservé dans d’autres établissements)

-: الخدمة سيئة + كل شي تطلبه يتأخرون فيه اخر موقف صار كلمتهم عشان يجون ياخذون الشنط و بسوي check out للأسف محد جاء و اضطريت اسحبهم بنفسي للريسيبشن عشان ما اتأخر على المطار - اقترح من وزارة السياحة ازالة ال 5 نجوم و وضع نجمه واحدة - و اقترح على مالك الفندق فصل اغلب العاملين لانهم ليس على قدر الكفائه المطلوبه -
