-: Too much noise from the staff all day, the room wasn’t private & the reception staff asked for charges at the check out for things that was supposed to be free as they said at the check in & all other hotels never charge it as the nescafe sachets placed beside the kettle in the room !

+: Un hôtel d’exception, nous avons été ravi de passer notre séjour au Zen Ressort. L’endroit est magnifique, tout est propre, la nourriture est très bonne, produits frais, le personnel est adorable et au petit soin pour chacun des clients qui entre dans l’hôtel, de plus le secteur est très sécurisé.Pour une première fois en Égypte,vous nous avez donné l’envi de revenir très prochainement découvre d’avantages votre culture et vos endroits plus beaux les uns que les autres .
