+: Great location and good space for being so central. We stayed for a week so it was great having access to the kitchen in the Frieda suite. If you were a group of 2+ you could reserve the room next door and have the whole run of the space like a mini villa. The host was really helpful and gave us recommendations and helped with car hire.

-: We did have to ask for replenishment of tea and coffee. The complimentary toiletries weren’t replaced as much as we really needed and whilst the bath looked super stylish it was practical as a bath on account of its ginormous size meaning there wasn’t enough water to fill it.

+: Amazing style of the interior with spacious private bathroom. Amazing location, around the corner of the harbour. Our host was ever so helpfull and friendly. I can only recomend.

+: Tout était très bien et l'accueil était superbe. Nous avons pu intégrer notre chambre avant l'heure. Notre hôte nous a indiqué un parking gratuit à 2 minutes de marche de l'hôtel. La chambre était très bien équipée ( sac de plage avec serviettes, parapluies, table à repasser et fer, nécessaire à couture, trousse à pharmacie, produits divers).La douche et les toilettes étaient très bien équipées (douchette dans les toilettes)J'ai adoré le livre de présentation de toutes les activités possibles à La Canée.La décoration de la chambre était superbe.

-: Malheureusement (mais nous le savions) il faut prévoir des boules quies à cause du bruit de la rue ( 2 bars juste en dessous des fenêtres, très animés tard dans la nuit) et il y a trop de lumières artificielles dans la chambre ( plusieurs voyants lumineux très gênants) il nous a fallu dormir avec un masque sur les yeux. Je pense qu'il faudrait vraiment régler ce problème qui est plus gênant que le bruit.Mais nous étions tellement bien que cela ne m'empêchera pas de retourner dans ce bel établissement si je reviens à la Canée.Encore merci pour le magnifique accueil.

+: L’emplacement est top, proche de la mer et du centre, l’hôtel est super bien sécurisé, tout est propre et super moderne ! Même notre petit chien a été accueilli les bras ouvert et c’était un réel plus pour nous

-: Le petit déjeuné n’est pas directement pris dans l’hôtel mais dans un restaurant à 50m de là, et clairement pas incroyable au niveau des choix. Si c’était à refaire, nous ne prendrions pas le déjeuné inclus, mais nous irions manger ailleurs dans un des autres restaurants à proximité. Attention, le fait d’être proche du centre inclus le bruit du voisinage, l’hôtel est en face d’un bar qui se remplit tres vite le soir.

+: I want to give special thanks to Andreas, our host. He was always online and available for us, went out of his way to assist in one particular issue (not conected to the apartment itself), gave us accurate recommendations of places to eat, had always a broad smile on his face. The apartment has been recently renovated, the decor is esquisite, the facilities, ammenities and kitchen and laundry equipment are all you can ask for. A home away from home, really. Beds were super comfy. The balcony where you can sit and sip your cup of coffe overlooking the sea is a huge bonus for this property. We wre 4 people and we enjoyed having our breakfast together and end of the day coffe there. Moreover, the location is prime! could not be better. Right of the Venetian Port but in a more quiet part.

-: It would be useful to adapt a stairs handrail, both for the stairs of the building as well as inside the apartment.
