+: Family run hotel, very clean pool, good location near restaurants but away from noise of Main Street. Manager very helpful arranging dinner bookings & airport transfers etc.

+: - staff, a lovely and kind woman very welcoming and nice lady - The room was very clean and tidy - Near to the Kos town

-: - On the day of my arrival flight they called me and said we are sorry but due to a technical problem we can't deliver your room to the hotel and we are moving you to another hotel! Anyway, the hotel which we stayed in was the Jasmin Hotel. there was no pool and no air conditioning in the lobby. - the hotel was near one of the crowded bars and the music could be heard until 3 AM in the morning. we stayed five days and our night was like hell. also, there were plenty of drunk people staying in the hotel and they were too loud. Unfortunately, after we complained they said not aware of this and didn't know what to do. We even called at 5 a.m. to the emergency number to complain about those loud drunk people but the guy cant speak English and said I don't understand and hung up. - No parking near to hotel - The kitchen stove takes ages to warm up - The bathroom was awful. you need to hold the dush by your hand the stand doesn't point your head and water splash all over bathroom

-: Personale inesistente,ci hanno messo in un ambiente per metà seminterrato alto non più di 2 metri dove dormire era impossibile a causa dell'umidità e Dell odore impregnato. Materassi di almeno 20-30 anni Alla richiesta di un cambio stanza, ci fu risposto in modo sgarbato, da chi ci ha accolto, che non rispondeva di nulla in quanto gestiva solo il bar e non le camere. Ai limiti della truffa. Da evitare assolutamente se si vuole fare qualche giorno di normale vacanza!!
