+: PRO: - plaja perfecta - cazarea si mancarea foarte bune (conform nivelului de pret) - personalul foarte amabil - program de seara foarte bun - atat pentru adulti cat si pentru copii - servicii extra: inchiriat masina, comandat taxi, jeep safari, bilete trenulet etc.

-: CONTRA: - nu exista ATM la locatie (cel mai apropiat este la 15-20 min de mers pe jos) - paharele pentru apa si bere sunt foarte mici (vreo 200 ml); nu poti sa-ti pui singur deci, trebuie sa tot mergi la bar sa ceri - pentru bere as fi vrut sa am (macar pentru cina) o halba normala (400-500ml) tinuta la frigider; poate si 2 feluri de bere draft (nu prea mi-a placut singura bere draft pe care o aveau) - piscina privata a fost practic intutila: nu e incalzita, e tot timpul umbrita deci, la 30 grade cat au fost maxim in timpul zilei - apa nu s-a incalzit suficient

+: Beautiful facilities. Very welcoming staff. Room and all amenities were spotless clean. Location was excellent, since you can enjoy the very nice beach and close by little town. Would totally recommend it to anyone!

+: This property is new, very clean, has friendly staff and great manager who really does an excellent job of making everyone feel welcome and works very hard. The entertainment team are very good and there is sports for teens. This appealed to our sons as often there is a kids club for small children but nothing for older kids. The water park is good and there is a very nice beach across the road from the hotel - although when we stayed it was stormy and it was mostly not possible to swim but I think we were just unlucky. The food in the restaurant was also excellent which was a pleasant surprise as this was our first time doing a half board package.

-: We had the option of going to the fine dining restaurant in the sister hotel beside our hotel. We didn’t rate the food or the service there much and preferred the restaurant in our hotel. I think the pools and pool areas could get crowded at busy times of year but we were there in October so it was fine.

+: beautiful modern design and I loved the pool, I stayed there most of the time and the beach is lovely. you can use the Bali beds on the beach and there is little buttons to press when you want to order something(both at the pool and hotel) the pool bar is very nice to watch the sunset and have a drink in the evening too. They upgraded our room from a deluxe junior suite to a presidential suite with a private pool which was lovely! We really enjoyed having the pool and extra outdoor space. Just a note for some people that may want to get room service, they don’t offer that at the hotel at the moment and there is a bit of a big gap between lunch and dinner time - lunch is 12.30 - 2.30 then dinner is 6.30 - 9.30. The food was ok but not much variety mostly the same things everyday. I am a little bit of a picky eater so it was a bit hard to find something that I liked on some days. The desserts, cakes, baklava were great though. It is not too far from rethymon town, reception can get you a taxi which is about 25 minutes into the town and costs 29 euros one way. We used George traitorakis travel company and they are very good. The hotel should have their contact details. They also greeted us with drinks on arrival and gifted us some olive oil when we left which was a nice touch :) most of the staff are very nice and welcoming. Perfect location I’d you can’t to explore chania, rethymon and surrounding areas but you will need to drive, or take a taxi or bus. Also great if you just want to relax, eat drink and sleep in a beautiful place! Would recommend
