+: Absolutely nothing. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Be extremely careful if you're planning to come from a different country to spend a very days in beautiful Santorini. A stay here will ruin your experience. The hotel staff is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. We were lucky to split the duration of our stay in Santorini between two hotels in the same area (same price) and the experience at the other one was exactly the opposite of staying here. Writing this review one month after my stay so I can be more objective.
-: EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE HOTEL MANAGEMENT. ABSOLUTELY WRONG APPROACH AND ATTITUDE TOWARDS HOSPITALITY AND HOW TO TREAT GUESTS. Putting ego way before any consideration for guests that come from a different country to spend a few days in their town and place.Checked-in a 8pm. Very friendly but quirky reception. Slightly unprofessional. No big deal. No hot water to take a shower after traveling. Were told no hot water if it's cloudy! Ok fine, showered with freezing cold water in winter. No restaurant at the hotel at 9pm to eat anything. Ok fine - went 20-mins walking to the nearest place to eat. No toothbrush, paste, etc in the bathroom - we called and they gave one - ok, no problem. Next morning - were given attitude during breakfast for staying 3-mins past breakfast closing time - it's ok, it's a small thing - we're in beautiful Santorini and nothing can upset me. Went by the reception to take and pay for more water bottles. Mentioned in friendly conversation that last night wasn't too comfortable and the hotel manager was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. She said "You shouldn't have come during November. We have less staff because it's off-season. You should have checked the reviews before coming here. You should go to a five-star hotel. I am the General Manager for 20 properties on this island... etc. etc..." Doesn't sound offensive to read. But her tone and aggression while saying it was very offensive. I didn't escalate. We didn't raise our voices or anything of the sort. We paid, took our water bottles, and left. I was very upset.YOU CAN'T SAY THINGS LIKE THIS TO GUESTS. IT'S EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. You can't mistreat people because you have authority in your hotel. A proper response would have been to simply acknowledge and listen to the guest. You are running a hotel in Santorini not managing a construction company. You don't need to be so....
