+: We loved the location and the beautiful view. It was stunning! The staff were helpful and lovely.A special thanks to Leven, who carried our cases up and down the stairs!

-: Being an older couple, we found the steps up and down were a challenge! 88 steps up and 88 steps down! Our only other criticism was that no tea, coffee or sugar was provided as a start off to our holiday stay.

+: Nuova e bellissima struttura davanti al panorama mozzafiato della caldera. Camera ampia e silenziosa con terrazza in comune ma tavolo, sedie e ombrellone per ogni singola stanza. Difficile da dimenticare, vista eccezionale, atmosfera unica. Acceso non facile ma solo perché dovuto alla posizione.

-: Forse una maggiore attenzione per la pulizia dell’esterno.

-: les escaliers , l'hôtels est un peu difficile d'accès malgré des porteurs gratuit pour les valises

+: Personalen är väldigt bra. Fin utsikt

-: Var hänger man handdukarna? Varför är hyllan där tvål o hårschampo borta o trasig? Ett kök utan diskho o vatten!Frukost kommer i en gullig låda men med ett innehåll som mest är onyttiga kakor. Kan inte jämföras med vad ”Hotell” med eget kök presterar.
