+: La situation : proche des commerces et de la plage, tout en étant calme. La propreté des parties communes et l'entretien du jardin La gentillesse et la disponibilité des professionnels.

-: Petite amélioration qui serait appréciable : pose de paters Rénovation de la cabine de douche (un peu étroite) et des toilettes.

+: Ro og fred, god service ved henvendelse til personalet, god afstand til alt, aircondition på værelserne og god pool

-: Jeg synes at sengen var VIRKELIG hård. Den kunne have tålt en topmadras. Skift af sovelagen havde været dejligt, men ikke strengt nødvendigt

+: The hotel was very peaceful and relaxed despite being a 2 minute walk from the main road. The pool area was amazing - excellent quality water, well maintained and safe for children. Sunbeds always available and play equipmentlilos to use. The kitchen, whilst dated was well equipped and they left a bottle of juice and water in the fridge. 2 nice sized balconies with good quality furniture. Some games and books to use in reception. Whilst the hotel is not staffed in the day, Elena (who is absolutely lovely) would come to the hotel at around 4pm ish and was on hand to answer questions. The grounds were well maintained. We would stay here again if we came to Moraitika.

-: We weren't met on arrival - your name and room number is on a board and the key is in the door. I contacted in advance and asked for a room overlooking the pool which was confirmed but we were not allocated a room I was expecting. You can call them 24h which I did and there was not an alternative. Our balcony barely looked over the pool but we kept it and actually it was fine. A sign in the room says you need to pay €9 per day for air conditioning in a 2 bed, which would add a lot to our stay, so we used the ceiling fans. We found out as we were leaving that the air conditioning in the room is free to use in the summer months and this should have been communicated as it was very hot some nights. Apartment was in need of updating, but it was reflected in the price and whilst basic it was fairly well equipped. Bathroom was absolutely miniscule and I'm only 5'2". Good shower, but cubicle was small and part screen part shower curtain. Some beddingtowels were a little old. Every day cleaning of the room was fine, but could probably do with a deep clean.

+: It was a clean pool and lovely maintained gardens which was close to supermarket, tavernas and beach.

-: Not very clean, the floors were really dirty and uncomfortable beds.

+: Location not far from the beach. Many shops and good restaurants around. Calm area.

-: Equipment bit too basic, but all right for the price.

+: We stayed in a 2 bed room and it was basic but perfect. Well proportioned (good space for a family of four), it was cleaned with new towels provided every other day or sometimes every day. Lovely pool area with a nice, but basic, reception area near the pool with toilets. A nice quiet, peaceful location yet with everything on the doorstep. Great Value for money.

-: We liked everything about the accommodation. It's basic but comfortable and just what you need if you don't want to spend £000's on a villa.

+: It's located centrally in Moraitika and has all necessary amenities. The pool area is very relaxing and everything is well kept.

-: The rooms are a bit dated, the beds could be somewhat comfier.
