Сімейний готель Princess, оточений пишною рослинністю, знаходиться навпроти мальовничого пляжу Макрі-Гіалос в Кефалонии. До послуг гостей номери з кондиціонером і власним мебльованим балконом з видом на Іонічне море і плавальний басейн.

+: The location was great across from Costa beach and bar , also 2 other great beaches within walking distance. Next to bus stop and pick up point for tours also! Room was average, pool was great and had good facilities. Breakfast had variety and was fine.
-: Had to change rooms since shower wasn’t working right. Otherwise it was good.

+: Η τοποθεσία. Είχε εύκολη πρόσβαση και πάρκινγκ. Το δωμάτιο είχε θέα βουνό όπως έγινε η κράτηση. Η πισίνα φαινόταν καθαρή. Δεν την δοκίμασα. Ο περιβάλλον χώρος ήταν όμορφος.
-: Το μπαλκόνι ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρό. 2 άτομα με το ζόρι. Το πρωϊνό χάλια. Συστήνω να μην το συμπεριλάβετε. Η καθαριότητα πολύ μέτρια.

-: Από πού να ξεκινήσω από το δωμάτιο αλλά βλέπεις στην φωτογραφία άλλο σου δίνουν με χαλια μπάνιο, βρώμικο δωμάτιο με βρώμικα πιάτα ξεχασμένα από τούς προηγούμενους τρίχες παντού και πατημασιές και να τους το λέω και να μην το καθαρίζουν αλλά μετά από μια μέρα για την ιδιοκτήτρια ποιο αγενής γυναίκα δεν έχω ξαναγνωρισει , πρωινό χαλια όλα χαλια μας χάλασαν τής διακοπές

+: Everything was fine. The cleaning ladies cleaned every day, the breakfast was fine. The staff was really friendly!
-: The air conditioning in room number 10 is located above the bed and cannot be switched on when lying on the bed. The nights were hot and we didn't sleep well. The AC did not has an option for sleep mode. The receptionist came one night and tried to turn the sleep mode on, but it still did not work.

+: Great location with private parking.
-: The room was completely dated and did not reflect the photos at the website. To make it worse it was full of ants everywhere, the bathroom, the room and even on the armchair provided, leading to my handbag being full of ants. Luckily not on the bed! The cleaner would wake us up at 9am to clean the room and when we told her not to come before 11am she said we had to inform the front desk. She only replenished some of the washing products and left the empty shampoo tubs as they were. The balcony was only cleaned when we made a point of the army of ants there. Breakfast was served till 10am. We arrived at 930am both days to find a coffee that was completely burned and all the breakfast area empty and not refilled. When we asked for some cake they told us it was finished, sorry! So not only they wouldn't refill but also were rude. The staff were looking at their watch and starting filling their breakfast plates at 9:50am. It would appear that they were starving up to that point and were looking to feed themselves rather than the visitors.
