+: Excellent location, close to the old city and to the city center. It is possible (not always easy) to find free parking close to the hotel.

-: Very old and not well-maintained facilities. Extremely small bathrooms. In particular, in the first room the hotel gave us there were ants in several places. Not only that, when we woke up in the morning, we also found dead ants on the bed. The lady at the reception suggested to change the room to another one, which was smaller than the original one (for example, the door at the entrance to the bathroom doesn't fully open because it is limited by the presence of the sink inside the bathroom), but we had to agree because there were no other rooms available at the hotel. After first entering the bathroom of the second room, we found dead ants in the bathroom sink also, reported this to the reception, that said they'll bring a pesticide company that will hopefully solve the ants problem. When we got back and asked, the gentleman at the reception wasn't sure if the company indeed came while we weren't there, but said that he thinks they did come. When we entered the room, my wife wanted to take our daughter to the shower, but noticed the bottom part of the bath curtain was full of BLACK mold. I immediately reported this to the guy at the reception, who said he will only be able to solve the problem the next morning!!!! We then decided to check out and find another hotel. In addition to the ants, and the black mold on the bath curtain, the WIFI signal was very weak.

+: Das Apartment ist zeimlich groß. Ich hatte ein Apartment mit Stadtblick, der Balkon ist eng, aber für 1 Person war es OK. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (Giannis) ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, danke! Die Lage war perfekt, viele Cafes und Restaurants, Strand in der Nähe, Altstadt ca 15 Min zu Fuß entfernt.

-: 2 mal eine große Kakerlake in der Küche gesichtet, obwohl ich keine offenen Lebensmittel hatte. Nach dem 1.mal habe ich an die Rezeption gemeldet, worauf mir gesagt wurde, dass sie einen Dienst gerufen haben und es wurde etwas gemacht. Nach ein paar Tagen habe ich wieder eine Kakerlake gesehen... Es soll ein Problem auf der Insel sein... Außerdem habe ich Ameisen in der Küche gesehen.
