+: The house is so beautiful, so well kept. Downstairs it has a terrace and upstairs a balcony. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped (coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, oven, dishwasher etc). The are is quiet and it is easy to reach anything by car. And, on top, the host is so very kind and attentive. We were late due to an issue with our rented car and he waited for us till 3.00 am!! plus he helped drove us the next day for 40min to fix things for our rented car. Also, he filled the fridge with food and drinks for us and both barhrooms had toiletries to use. He even left clothes detergent for the washer. We travelled a lot but, this kind of hospitality is unique. Thank you so much!! It has been a gorgeous holiday!

+: Il proprietario gentilissimo, oltre ad aspettarci nonostante fossimo arrivati molto tardi la sera ci ha consigliato tutte le spiagge migliori e i ristoranti della zona, inoltre si è preoccupato di farci trovare qualcosa la poter cucinare per la sera e la colazione essendo ferragosto e tutti i supermercati chiusi, davvero un tesoro! Abbiamo anche avuto un problema con una luce esterna che è stato prontamente risolto, ci ha messo a disposizione ogni cosa bella casa come fosse nostra e abbiamo fatto una super grigliata sul barbecue esterno!

+: Herr Manolis ist der Besitzer und hat uns freundschaftlich empfangen. Er hat Obst Brot Wasser Wein Bier Speiseeis- einfach viele viele Sachen bereitgestellt. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Es lässt sich sehr gut lüften so das wir auch bei heissen Temperaturen ohne Klimaanlage (die es in jedem Stockwerk hat) ausgekommen sind. Der Hausteil ist ganz autonom und man bekommt nichts vom Nachbarn mit. Es ist mit allem ausgerüstet was man braucht. Bequeme Betten und alles super sauber.

+: Villa Helidoni è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Carissima accoglienza da parte di Manoulis che si è preso il tempo per mostrarci la casa e consigliarci un paio di luoghi da visitare. Inoltre abbiamo trovato dei tortini con le verdure preparate da sua moglie, frutta frwsca e buonissimo olio di oliva locale. La casa molto pulita è dotata di un terrazzo a piano terra con barbecue e di un altro terrazzo con una splendida vista ideale al mattino per godersi la colazione e rilassarsi al tramonto. Camera matrimoniale con bagno privato e vasca idromassaggio e camera per due letti singoli a piano terra con ulteriore bagno con doccia. Molti elettrodomestici in cucina e lavatrice, che per i soggiorni lunghi è fondamentale!

+: House in a quiet location (small village) surrounded by olive groves. For lovers of good wine, about 150 meters away, there is a winery with a large assortment of wines. A good seat reservation for exploring western Crete (for people with their own means of transport). The house is fully equipped. Everything we needed was available. The two bathrooms are a nice surprise. A small garden, its surroundings and a terrace - invite you to spend a good time. From the large terrace (upstairs) - beautiful views at sunrise and sunset. Enclosed private parking. Manolis - takes care of cleanliness (cleans the whole house twice a week) and ensures the comfort of guests all the time. Very welcoming and sharing Crete delicacies - including olive. Everything is delicious !!! When we arrived home there was a full fridge of food waiting for us and we didn't have to worry about the first meals. If you need advice on various aspects of your vacation (the flavors of Crete, beaches, taverns ...) - you can count on his accurate recommendations. In the house you will find guides prepared by Manolis. The owner and the facility deserve the positive ratings so far. Manolis - thank you very much. You made our 2 week stay very relaxing. +: Villa située dans un petit village en plein milieu des champs d'oliviers. Villa très bien équipée, confortable et accueil très sympathique. Petit plus, prêt d'un parasol pour aller à la plage. Nous avons pu visiter la très sympathique ville de Chania, profiter des belles plages aux alentours (les premières sont à une quinzaine de minutes, les plus belles a 30-40 min) et même aller randonner aux gorges de Samaria (un peu plus loin, depuis Sougia1h30). +: La casa è molto bella e funzionale con un bagno per ognuno dei due piani, che sono praticamente autonomi. Ottime le dotazioni della casa, tutte utilizzabili e tante buone cose da mangiare lasciate dal proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile.

-: La posizione è un po' defilata. Occorre l'auto per raggiungere le spiagge o le taverne e i supermercati.
