Ville du Soleil - exclusive homes with rustic charm and sensational views of the Mediterranean Sea offers traditional stone-built houses in Makrigialos, in south Crete. The long sandy beach of Lagada is just 400 metres away. The bungalows and villas are elegant, with stone walls, wooden furniture and timber ceilings. Their private balconies offer sea or landscape views. Each offers a comfortable seating area with fireplace. A welcome basket consisting of homemade jams, sweets and a bottle of a traditional drink is offered. Makrigialos is graced with a long sandy beach and a splendid backdrop of mountains with gorges. The village boasts a delightful selection of taverns, bars and cafes, all serving delicious local flavours.

+: Εξαιρετική επιλογή για ήρεμες, οικογενειακές διακοπές. Υπέροχη τοποθεσία και θέα σε ένα κατάλυμα και περιβάλλον που από την πρώτη στιγμή σε γοητεύει και κάνει εμφανές το μεράκι και την αφοσίωση σε αυτό που οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν ως σκοπό να προσφέρουν στους επισκέπτες τους.

-: Make sure to buy your groceries from Ierapetra (30mn by car). Offer in the surrounding shops is limited.

+: Very special place. The house is really charming and very comfortable. we had the second of four but it's build with emphasis on privacy. Two bedrooms, each with AC and additional AC in the livingkitchen area. Two terraces with sea and mountain spectacular view. In the morning you can eat breakfast at the outdoor table in front (terrace with shadings). In the evening you can drink wine on the upper terrace under stars above your head (terrace with couch and hammock). The house is fully equiped with ... everything (including herbs for salad, oliveoil, tea, sugar, baking foil). We can highly recommend eastern part of Crete, this wuonderful, stylish house and Kostas - the owner - who is very friendly and helpful.
