+: Great location and overall lovely villa. Staff were nice but to get any proper service you had to call and they came from a different location. Basic service to be fair. The pool was great and the villa beautiful - just needs some basic upkeep

-: The villa is starting to get tired. It wouldn’t take much work to make it 5 starts again - a few repairs and paint and it’s done. We are not fussy so we loved it. Major drawback which resulted in loss of starFor me is the hot water - rarely works and when it does it only goes for about 60seconds. It’s so warm in Bali though you hardly need it. We swam in the pool instead mostly. The other reason for loss of star was communication. I tried for 2 days to ask about airport pickup or some sort of acknowledgement that I was arriving. They never replied. We arrived at midnight so I was stressed about how we would check in. They have 24hr security - but I had no idea until I got there.

-: Pool war nicht so sauber und das Personal am Empfang ( Security war auch nicht immer sehr höflich . Aber alles im allen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt .

-: Towels and pillow case are dirty , some even has hole on it , Beth room tub is too high that we have to climb in and out, It's very dangerous to step out of the bathtub for kids and old people.The water coming out of the kitchen faucet is very, very small, too small that It takes 2 minutes to wash a bowl…. If you want your guests to save water, then you are using the wrong method.The car that took us to the airport had no refrigerant and the air conditioner was completely broken. During the entire traffic jam, we were sweating and drinking water, We had to open the car windows to avoid heatstroke. All my points are for the house keeping and customer service staffs .

-: The villa is looking tired and needs a bit of work. On arrival the bed sheets were dirty. Reported to staff who acted quickly to change. The hot water did nit work correctly in the batch room so 90% of the time we had a cold shower.

+: Obiekt był bardzo przytulny i posiadał wszystko to co potrzebowaliśmy.

-: Chwilami nie było cieplej wody.

+: The location is excellent, we had stayed at this property prior to Covid. Hence the reason for returning, however things where not up to the standards previously.

-: Had to ask for the rooms to be serviced. Kitchen facilities very poor not even a toaster. Lack of amenities in the bathroom, not even a bottle of water to clean your teeth. Grass was very unkempt. No mosquito coils had to ask for spray. No receptionist, just a security guy at the front desk. All in all we were very disappointed with our stay this time compared to our previous two stays there. Will never stay again or recommend.

+: Loved the comfort and cleanliness. Great for us as a couple and my 85 year old Mum. Beds divine !
