+: The restaurant for breakfasts every morning was superb. The setting overlooking the beach, the invigorating sea breezes, the fresh and plentiful array of foods, the friendly, professional and accommodating staff and the manager who made a point to speak with all guests personally during their stay. The staff asked about food intolerances on our first morning and were then knowledgeable and proactive in advising of any potential problems in the selections I was considering, and offered alternatives and individually prepared items.The friendly staff throughout.

-: Layout of the room was problematic. The entry door leads down a hallway and straight into the bathroom, which must be used to get to the rest of the apartment. The shower and toilet both had see-through glass doors. Hence whilst one friend was using the bathroom, the other friend was trapped either in the apartment or out of it.The pool had no sun shade at all, making it unbearable throughout the day. This was a great disappointment, as the pool near the beach was one of the main reasons we had chosen this hotel. The smell of the beach was horrendous in some parts. This may be due to a waste pipe into the ocean running alongside the property.

+: This is my 2nd time back to this beautiful hotel, and it was wonderful. The staff in every area of this place are kind, helpful, welcoming, and make for a beautiful holiday. The restaurants and resort facilities are top class, and suites are outstanding. A smoking welcome drink on arrival sets the start of a lovely stay.

+: Access to the pool from the room and beach view

-: People using our private deck Area and chairs. And happy hour should include all cocktails not a select few

+: Der Service war einfach ausgezeichnet!Das Frühstück war sowohl als Buffet als auch a la Carte möglich (auch Beides gleichzeitig).Zimmer sehr geräumig.Die Rooftopbar ist Mega! Sowohl das Frühstück als auch der Sonnenuntergang kann hier oben genossen werden.

-: Der Strand war leider teilweise extrem dreckig.Die Mitarbeiter geben sich sehr viel Mühe und reinigen ihn regelmäßig, aber schön ist es nicht.

+: Great location chill most of the time, night time is loud with live music on the beach but it wasn’t till very late till the night so it didn’t bother us. The food, service and drink are top notch!

-: You will need the car or scooter as it’s not a long distance to shops but the heat make it difficult to walk more than 10mins

+: lovely resort, excellent location
