+: The service, food, interior, views… everything was wonderful

-: There was nothing in particular that we didn’t like. There is though space for small improvements but absolutely nothing major. One thing that I could think of is the way guests are getting on and off the boat (for snorkelling etc) at the pier- it’s quite difficultdangerous as the boat is shaking and there is no opening in the fence, so it’s tricky to step into and out of the boat. There could be perhaps also installed rubber “dumping bands” around the boatpier.

+: From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the beauty and tranquility of the resort. The meticulously landscaped gardens, with their lush greenery and vibrant blooms, provided a serene backdrop that instantly transported me to paradise. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the stunning infinity pool overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the ocean. Whether lounging poolside with a refreshing drink or taking a leisurely swim, the panoramic views and soothing ambiance made it a truly unforgettable experience. The spacious rooms at The Oberoi, Lombok, were another standout feature. Elegantly appointed with traditional Indonesian décor and modern amenities, my accommodation offered a luxurious sanctuary to retreat to after a day of exploration. The attention to detail, from the plush furnishings to the thoughtful touches, ensured a comfortable and relaxing stay. In addition to these highlights, the resort’s impeccable service and warm hospitality left a lasting impression on me. The staff (except for 1) went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect, from personalized greetings to seamless arrangements for excursions and dining reservations.

-: While my stay at The Oberoi, Lombok, was enjoyable overall, there were a few areas that could have been improved upon. Firstly, I found it inconvenient that the hotel was reluctant to issue new key cards when needed, which caused unnecessary hassle. Additionally, there was an incident where my packed lunch was mistakenly put on a different boat, and I was charged for it despite the error. The food offerings at the resort were satisfactory, but I felt there could have been more variety and higher quality to match the standard of the rest of the experience. I was surprised to find that there was no breakfast buffet available, which limited options for starting the day. Furthermore, the gym not being open 247 was a disappointment, especially for guests who prefer to exercise at unconventional hours. The lack of hot water in the bathroom was also a minor inconvenience that detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. As a loyal member, I had hoped for an upgrade, especially considering the low occupancy rate of 40% during my visit

+: Amazing property and hospitality. The beach club water sports centre could be more exciting but overall its a great place to get away.

-: Really far from the airport, its a 1.5 hour drive

+: Friendly staff, bigger rooms, best service and location closer to the Gili islands.

+: Honestly, after travelling to 11 countries and many hotels until now.I would pick this one one of the best ever, as there is a quote u do not need to die to go to heaven, I would say Oberoi Lombok is a fantastic luxurious hotel.Having a spacious room, beach access, great pool, many activates for the kids and adults, u will never feel boredOne more thing to add is the details, having a bathroom flip flop with the size of my 4 kids was great moreover I felt Thore throat one day and the one of the team Brough complimentary ginger tea with lemon.Thanks for making my family trip memorable
