+: The staff at Santika were fantastic. Always willing to help, friendly and respectful. Couldn't fault their professionalism and kindness. Quiet facility, not often bothered by other guests during the day.
-: This was my own fault for not reading details carefully. Breakfast was traditional Indonesian style. Although eggs done the way you wanted, for a westerner choices were limited. Being out of the way of main center meant we had to rely heavily on taxis to go anywhere. First day we walked, got lost and ended up doing an 8km walk to get to main shopping areas. There were only 2 venues for food within walking distance both live seafood with limited menus.
